THE CHALLENGE

Walmart Store No. 8 team hired REWILD WORK to help build their culture from the ground up - creating their team vision, mission, values as well as understand their personal and collective team strengths and how to build trust, psychological safety in working together as a newly formed team.


THE SOLUTION

We created an 8 month learning journey partnering with both the Leadership Team and the full Store No. 8 team to build trust, communication and lay the foundation for their forming team including:

> Pre and post program surveys: Gallup’s Well-being at Work (W@W) and CliftonStrengths Assessments including reporting synthesis and recommendations

> 5 workshops focused on:
Building Trust and Communication as a Leadership Team
Creating the Team’s Vision and Values
Identifying Personal and Team Strengths and Values
Building Trust as a Full Team

> 1:1 Leadership coaching, facilitated by the REWILD Work Coaches Netwwork was given to all team members to support them in their development (6 coaching sessions for all 45 employees)


THE OUTCOME

85% of team members felt a sense of safety. After the course of our work together, it was revealed through their internal All Employee Engagement Survey that
Store No. 8 Daly team had the highest belonging score and engagement score in the history of Store No. 8.

Contracted to custom-design and lead a 1.5 day leadership team experience focused
on social and emotional intelligence,
team connection, trust, and belonging.

The Out of Office & Into You experience was designed as an immersive emotional intelligence, coaching, and leadership development retreat providing the team with practical and effective tools that could be applied to all avenues of life.

The interactive group-based program focused on the development of greater awareness, leveraging the core EQ domains, Dan Siegel’s “Wheel of Awareness” framework, experiential group exercises, and helpful neuroscience.

The program was designed to transform self-leadership and leadership of others, helping to create a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, trust, and belonging.

Participants received access to a digital resource kit to enable ongoing learning and skill sustainment upon completion of the experience.

Success & ROI measurement was measured using Gallup's Well-being at Work Assessment and Clifton Strengths assessments.

The outcome was tremendous, with the team experiencing long-term cohesions, improved communication, and a new-found ability to navigate organizational changes.

Contracted to lead a two-day Strategic Visioning Offsite for the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute as they transitioned to SIY Global, a for-profit, technology-enabled learning platform.

 

The bespoke all-team experience allowed for the discovery and development of key product ideas, consumer persona targets, and go-to-market strategies.

Arc’teryx engaged Rewild Work Strategies to provide an immersive, nature-based leadership development workshop designed to deepen and expand team connection

Rewild designed a custom leadership and team development, nature-based experience held in Portland, Oregon.
