THE CHALLENGE
Walmart Store No. 8 team hired REWILD WORK to help build their culture from the ground up - creating their team vision, mission, values as well as understand their personal and collective team strengths and how to build trust, psychological safety in working together as a newly formed team.
THE SOLUTION
We created an 8 month learning journey partnering with both the Leadership Team and the full Store No. 8 team to build trust, communication and lay the foundation for their forming team including:
> Pre and post program surveys: Gallup’s Well-being at Work (W@W) and CliftonStrengths Assessments including reporting synthesis and recommendations
> 5 workshops focused on:

> 1:1 Leadership coaching, facilitated by the REWILD Work Coaches Netwwork was given to all team members to support them in their development (6 coaching sessions for all 45 employees)
