Information and assets supplied during Lead Awake® LLC coaching performed by Brittney Van Matre or members of the Rewild Work Strategies Expert Network remain the intellectual property of Lead Awake® LLC and/or the independent coaches and under no circumstances may this content be shared, sold, or repurposed for professional use. It is to remain for personal use of the client only.

Coaching sessions with Lead Awake® LLC should not be a substitute for medical advice given by any other psychological/psychiatric professional used by the client. If the client is concerned about their health in any way, they remain responsible for consulting a medical professional.

Lead Awake® LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising out the use, or misuse, of the information, intellectual property, or assets supplied during any coaching sessions. Nor can Brittney Van Matre and Lead Awake® LLC be held responsible for the failure of the client to take medical advice. 

Lead Awake® LLC cannot guarantee “results” on behalf of any client relationship because of the subjectivity of “results”. 

There will be absolutely no refunds on any paid coaching sessions regardless of any circumstances that may arise. All sales are final. 

All coaching services are to be pain in full at the time of transaction. No payment plans offered. 

Cancellations: If the client misses a scheduled session, they lose that time. If they are late, they lose that time. It is the client’s responsibility to notify their coach 24 hours in advance of any scheduling changes need to occur. If cancellations occur with less than 24 hours notice, re-booking will be at the discretion of the coach. 

For any coaching packages, all sales are final upon transaction, no exceptions. Any unused sessions are non-transferable. 

This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

Consulting Services

Information and assets supplied during Lead Awake® LLC consulting engagements remain the intellectual property of Lead Awake® LLC unless otherwise explicitly stated in the dually agreed upon client contractural agreement. 

Furthermore, all information supplied in the Rewild Work Strategies blog remains the intellectual property of Lead Awake® LLC and under no circumstances may it be used for any reason including shared, sold, or repurposed for professional use. 

Lead Awake® LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising out the use, or misuse, of the information, intellectual property, or assets supplied during any consulting engagements. 

There will be absolutely no refunds on any signed contractual agreements regardless of any circumstances that may arise. Upon contract approval, all sales are final. 

All contractual consulting agreement payments are to be made within 15 days or will incur additional fees.

Information and assets supplied during Lead Awake® LLC advisory of facilitation workshops, experiences, and engagements remain the intellectual property of Lead Awake® LLC unless otherwise explicitly stated in the dually agreed upon client contractural agreement. 

Furthermore, all information supplied in the Create the Future of Work blog remains the intellectual property of Lead Awake® LLC and under no circumstances may it be used for any reason including shared, sold, or repurposed for professional use. 

Lead Awake® LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising out the use, or misuse, of the information, intellectual property, or assets supplied during any consulting engagements.

All contractual advisory and facilitation workshops, experiences, and engagements must be paid within 15 days of completion or will incur additional fees.
