“It was a great reminder of tools we can leverage to enable diversity, creativity, and safe spaces in our teams. In specific for me, I have been focusing on improving my self-awareness and gravitas during the last years and some tools I was aware already but definitely was a great reminder on the value of putting them in practice constantly. I believe this is great program for new managers or employees that are to pursue a people management role to start giving them the basis of leadership. Marketing is doing great efforts to be inclusive and humble to appreciate everyone's value, more than other orgs at HP.”
HP Senior Marketing Director
“This is a program everyone should have the chance to take at our company. These skills, in particular, are really important for new people managers to be aware of and trained in, especially while managing in a virtual world. Every week I looked forward to connecting with my colleagues in this way, it was a much needed reset.”
HP Senior Marketing Ops Director
