Had my first of two existential crises and realized I needed a change. So I started therapy, broke up with my long-time boyfriend, quit my job, and started interviewing.
Began my career at Nike - a dream come true! I was obsessed with the Nike brand since childhood.
Experienced many areas of the business including Women’s Product Creation, learning how to source and manufacture Nike apparel across China, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka Switched to Footwear Product Creation and spent a year learning how to manufacture footwear in Indonesia, including visiting all of Nike’s footwear factories across Vietnam, China, and Taiwan.
Graduated college with a practical degree in accounting; (even though, sadly, I did not want to be an accountant). This decision laid the foundation for what would become a non-linear career path.
I began my career in management consulting at KPMG in Portland, Oregon - (queue the formal business attire and my initiation into adult life.)
Traveled across the country touring data centers, analyzing processes, and writing up remedial actions for the likes of Microsoft and the United States Department of Energy, among many others. It was a mix of overwhelm, excitement, and discovery (mostly of myself).
Decided it was time to move home. Got transferred with Nike back to Portland, Oregon, and created the Dicks Sporting Goods Bra Fitting App, among other OMNI projects, while continuing to teach SIY.
I was then promoted to Director of Workplace Strategy and Experience at Nike.
Little did we all know a pandemic was about to completely disrupt the work world.
Fell in love with a Belgian and moved to Amsterdam, with Nike, of course, where I led strategic planning and finance for the EMEA Jordan Brand, later stepping into the ins and outs of retail innovation and consumer experience design.
It was during this time that I also dove into my spirituality and became a Meditation Teacher. I began exploring the world of “side hustles” and started my first business, an organic fair-trade tea company in Amsterdam called Löv Teas.
I began selling premium small-batch tea blends to high-end retailers like &Klevering.
Had a baby boy and got married. Began reconnecting with nature as a way to soothe the transition into motherhood.
I realized that being a working mother was the most challenging job ever and that work needed to change. Became a Certified Teacher for the ‘Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute’, born at Google, and began teaching and leading workshops at Nike and other companies, thinking that maybe that might help me find what I didn’t know I was searching for.
Wrapped up operations with Löv Teas. Product-based businesses are hard!
Was brought into Google as a Future of Work Transformation Strategist for Waymo.
Was invited to join Toyota to lead their Hybrid Sustainment efforts.
Launched Rewild Work Strategies and Nature 120 Inc. to bring a holistic vision of my journey, including my love for personal growth and development, mindful leadership, technology, nature, business, strategy, and innovation.
At the height of the pandemic, I was featured in LinkedIn’s 24 Big Ideas for 2021 and CNBC for my ideas on the Future of Work.
Had an existential crisis and realized I needed another significant life change. Started therapy (again) and decided I would go all in on entrepreneurship (aka myself).
In 2021, I Left Nike and courageously stepped into the unknown, the hardest decision I have ever made.
Walked the Camino de Santiago to ritualize crossing the threshold into the second half of my life while deeply connecting with nature.
Joined SIY Global as a strategist to lead their newly formed B Corp.
Six months later developed Nature 120, the world’s first nature therapy app, and began building.
Coached dozens of professionals through career transitions and began consulting full-time.
Dabbled in higher education, receiving a certification in Ecopsychology and exploring the world of Carl Jung’s depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Not sure where it’s leading, but I know I will be back for more.
Advised the founders of The Bloomi and LeWorkClub on their startup journeys.

“It was a great reminder of tools we can leverage to enable diversity, creativity, and safe spaces in our teams. In specific for me, I have been focusing on improving my self-awareness and gravitas during the last years and some tools I was aware already but definitely was a great reminder on the value of putting them in practice constantly. I believe this is great program for new managers or employees that are to pursue a people management role to start giving them the basis of leadership. Marketing is doing great efforts to be inclusive and humble to appreciate everyone's value, more than other orgs at HP.”
HP Senior Marketing Director
“This is a program everyone should have the chance to take at our company. These skills, in particular, are really important for new people managers to be aware of and trained in, especially while managing in a virtual world. Every week I looked forward to connecting with my colleagues in this way, it was a much needed reset.”
