Caitlin is driven by uniting subject matter experts to create thoughtful workplace strategy began during her years at Uber, at a time when the company was experiencing tremendous growth and leadership changes. As the company’s Global Workplace Space and Design Manager, Caitlin was able to advocate for the employees by pushing for a people-first approach in all workplace designs. More significantly, Caitlin successfully led a comprehensive workplace strategy for the company’s new headquarters in San Francisco, over a million square feet of office and meeting space. The result was a beautiful, yet functional bespoke design.
Recognizing the importance of guiding individuals through change, Caitlin pursued PROSCI certification to formalize her education in change management. She has effectively applied these newfound skills during her time at the architecture firm, ZGF, and the San Francisco-based design-build startup coDesign, where she played a crucial role in developing internal hybrid and culture strategies.
Caitlin’s true passion lies in crafting intentional experiences that seamlessly merge the physical environment with the human perspective. Her expertise extends to the development of comprehensive programming to effectively execute these experiences.
In Caitlin’s free time, she runs a weekly new mother’s group while balancing the demands of caring for her 5-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son.
